Leadership Development

“I don’t think I’m a leader.”

“I lead, but people don’t follow.”

“I want to grow, but I’m not sure where to start.”

Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. You’ve come to these pages because you want to grow. We can help with that. Here are some thoughts to help you get started.

First, you must understand that leadership development and discipleship are not the same—and discipleship is more important. Learning to love God with our hearts and souls and strength… nothing is more important than that.

Then, as you are growing in your relationship with God, and you want to expand your character development and grow in your influence, that’s where these pages can help. Broken down into five “levels,” these resources are based on the amount of time you are willing to invest. Level 1 takes ten to fifteen minutes per month (so no excuses!). Level 5 is a year-long commitment to internal exploration and accountability. Click on each level and read about the resources… then jump in. We are here to serve you as you grow in Christ and become the leader He always knew you could be.
