NAB Executive Director Search Update The Executive Director Search Committee has been meeting weekly since the beginning of November. To date, almost a dozen nominations have been submitted. Reference checks, leadership diagnostic tools, and face-to-face interviews are all part of the process for those moving beyond the initial recommendation. Please continue to pray for God’s direction in identifying a candidate for consideration.

End-of-Year Giving As the end of the year draws near, many will wish to give to the ministries of the North American Baptists, generously planting seeds for our missionaries and churches to preach the gospel, in word and deed, throughout the world in 2015. We are grateful to God for those who so faithfully spread God’s love through financially supporting NAB’s ministries.

New International Workers* Appointed We are very pleased to announce that Bud and Lois, former NAB workers in Cameroon, are once again preparing to represent NAB in Asia. Bud and Lois will be serving as "Educators in Asia," and will be an encouragement to Nick and Iris as we expand Team NAB in this region. We would invite you to lift up this initiative in three particular areas— 1. For this year of preparation in which we seek our Father’s provision for entry visas, employment in Asia, and all of the practical details that must be sorted out. 2. For the building of Bud and Lois’ support team providing the spiritual and financial support for the work. Might the Father invite you to be a part of this team?

FALL OFFERING We invite you to participate in the NAB Fall Offering. Our 2014 Fall Thanksgiving Offering’s theme is OVERFLOW. It reminds us that our purpose together is to go into this world, help others respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ and be baptized as his followers, and teach them to observe all that he commanded.
