Based on the small, rural church setting and available resources, this position would be ideal for a pastor with a secondary income source or near retirement.

NFBC is seeking a candidate that would be qualified to be ordained as an NAB Sr. Pastor with a vast knowledge of scripture and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred but not required: A Master of Divinity Degree from an accredited Seminary is desired but not required if the candidate possesses a combination of Seminary education and experience as a Senior/Solo Pastor.
