Vision Statement

Teaching Christian stewardship of financial resources
• Resourcing and encouraging churches as they faithfully teach the biblical concept of stewardship of all God has provided
• Providing financial management resources through seminars, literature, and counseling
• Providing adequate support for pastors, church planters, and missionaries as they develop year-round stewardship education.

Providing trustworthy asset management with integrity and knowledge
• Investing assets with prudence, care, and knowledge
• Upholding with integrity the instructions of the donors and the requirements of legal agreements
• Assisting North American Baptist Conference churches, schools, and ministries with investing and administrating their endowment programs

Offering estate-design and deferred-giving services
• Providing quality estate-planning services for North American Baptist Conference individuals to assist them in executing sound financial planning that will benefit their own families and the charities they choose to support
• Providing the framework for creating and administrating annuities, trusts, and wills
• Administrating donor advisory accounts
• Working with the agenda of the donor

Financially undergirding the local and world-wide long-term ministries of NAB churches
• Helping individuals find God's plan of stewardship for their estates
• Building and managing the endowment funds of the North American Baptist Conference
• Increasing the number of estate and deferred-giving plans that include NAB churches, schools, Associations, and the Conference

Providing consultation for capital campaigns
• In-depth consulting and guidance in raising funds to build or renovate, or to retire debt
• Feasibility study to determine church’s interest and capacity for a capital campaign
• Detailed resources to aid in the campaign, from launch to Victory Sunday
